HPCL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit

The candidate Age limit will count as on 07 January 2023.
Candidate Minimum age limit: 18 Years
Candidate Maximum age limit: 25 Years
Max. Age relaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ST, 3 yrs. for OBC, and 10 yrs. for PwBD (VH/OH/HH) Candidates.

HPCL Recruitment 2023 Qualification

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Oil Technology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering and Petroleum Engineering streams who have completed Engineering Graduation after 01-04-2020 onwards are eligible to apply.
Candidates belonging to the General/ OBC-NC category must have a 60% aggregate whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) must have 50% aggregate marks in all years/ semesters in qualifying examinations.

HPCL Recruitment 2023 Salary

Candidates selected as Graduate Apprentice Trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only).
The engagement as Apprentice trainees will be for a period of ONE YEAR only.
The apprentice will be placed for training at Visakhapatnam.

HPCL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview will be held tentatively in the month of January. The final offer for apprenticeship training would be subjected to clearing the Medical test as per HPCL standards and submission of all the documents/certificates towards proof of age, qualification, caste, medical certificates of PwBD and medical fitness, etc., as may be applicable.
